This website was created to share information on my case. I filed a Federal lawsuit against my former employer, Fermilab, for discrimination and retaliation.

On this website, I will share the actual evidence from this case, present a time line and give my personal experiences while working at Fermilab as well as navigating the legal system.

Fermilab is part of the National Laboratories. They are funded by the Department of Energy, which is in turn funded by your tax dollars.

I will also provide information on other similar lawsuits against Fermilab as well as other labs.

June 20 Update - Clarification on the Sexual Predator Fermi Employee

I updated the History/Events page to reflect more accurately the sexual predator that is
employed at Fermilab. Here's the story as it has been told by many Fermi employees:
Yes, he was employed at the time of the crime - literally
He had sex with a child while at work, at Fermilab, on site (I heard more than once)
I heard this was after hours....I wonder if he put 'overtime' in his timesheet for those days.
He is still employed there. Yes, having sex with a child on their premises is not an offense
that rises to the level of termination.
